Welcome to Spot+. By accessing or using the app you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Spot+ is

Spot+ is an educational poker training platform: you solve situations ("spots"), receive feedback, progress through levels and leagues, and consult an AI coach. Spot+ is not a betting service or a real-money gambling service. There is no wagering, no real money in play and no cash prizes. All play uses fictional chips for training purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Spot+. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You can sign in with your Google account or as a guest. You are responsible for your account's activity and for keeping your access secure. Some features (such as the Pro subscription) require a registered account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or for real-money gambling.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, tamper with or overload the infrastructure.
• Copy, resell or exploit the content without permission.
• Abuse the AI coach or attempt to extract third-party data.

5. Pro subscription and payments

• Spot+ offers a paid Pro subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks features such as unlimited energy and survival and unlimited chat with the coach.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you authorise the recurring charge until you cancel.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel beforehand.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from the app or the Stripe portal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds: unless applicable law provides otherwise, payments are non-refundable for periods already started. If you reside in the EU, you keep any withdrawal rights granted by consumer law.
• Prices may change; we will notify you with reasonable advance notice.

6. AI coach (Ace)

The coach generates explanations with the help of artificial intelligence for educational purposes. The poker content (ranges, EV, "correct play") is approximate and indicative, not an exact solver solution nor financial or gambling advice. Answers may contain errors; use them with judgement.

7. Intellectual property

Spot+, its brand, design, content and software are the property of its operator or its licensors and are protected by law. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the app in accordance with these terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that learning will produce a specific result. We do not guarantee results in real poker games.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spot+ and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by consumer law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its date. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.
